A *FREE* interactive online celebration of value-added small grains for farmers, bakers, brewers, distillers, millers, maltsters, and consumers: GRAINS WEEK!

Featuring the national collaborative work of the Culinary Breeding Network, Oregon State University, Cornell University, UW-Madison, eOrganic, the Artisan Grain Collaborative, GrowNYC Grains, Cascadia Grains, and the WSU Food Systems Program.

During GRAINS WEEK

  • Farmers, ag professionals, and academics can hear research updates, learn about grain production for artisan breads, cereals for animal feeds, brewing and distilling, and more.

  • Professionals, home bakers, and consumers can get an inside look into grain quality, accessing specialty and/or small grains, and interact with a community of passionate chefs, bakers, and grain-lovers.

  • Brewers, distillers, and maltsters can connect with industry professionals to get the latest information on using grains in value-added production, as well as getting access to specialty regional grains.

  • Investors, brokers & local government officials get the scoop on rising investment and policy opportunities.

This event aims to make networking, education, and accessibility as easy and straightforward as possible. GRAINS WEEK will bring research, information, and community to farmers, bakers, scholars, and industry professionals who are interested in the sustainability and health of regional grain economies.
