Voting is open to Regular Members from March 1, 2018, to March 15th, 2018, at 5:00 EST

Only Regular Members hold voting authority. Regular members are defined as Member Malthouses whose membership application has been approved by the Board of Directors. Regular Members may view the nominations for the Craft Maltsters Guild Board of Directors under the Members Only page of the website.

Every Regular Member has one vote for every open position on the Board, and Regular Members cannot vote for an individual more than once. For example, if there are three Regular Member open Board positions, a voting member cannot use his or her three votes toward one candidate.

Nominees with the most votes are elected to the Board. In the unlikely event that a tie occurs, re-vote occurs with only the tied members on the ballot by Regular Members.

Ballots will be accepted up to five o’clock p.m. on the day of the voting deadline.

Regular Members will receive an email with the voting link. Regular Members who do not receive the link should email [email protected].
