The combined 23rd North American Barley Researchers Workshop and 43rd Barley Improvement Conference will be held in Davis, at the University of California from 22 to 24 September 2022. This event is held every four or five years and it combines the latest research from Canada, the USA, and global barley breeding programs and malt researchers.

The conference is from 22 to 24 September but on 21 September there will be a pre-conference training day in the state-of-the-art UC Davis pilot brewery facility. For any of those barley researchers yet to brew beer, this is a great opportunity to better understand how your research applies to malting and brewing.
