Taking a cue from brewers, our work goes deeper by looking at how malt's environmental origins, specifically minerals, can impact the final product via flavor and process. Craft Malt Week 2022

The third annual Craft Malt Week will take place September 11-17, 2022. Craft Malt Week highlights the deep and meaningful connection between local agriculture and craft beer through special events and social media spotlights. Maltsters, farmers, brewers, distillers, and craft malt enthusiasts are invited to join in on this yearly celebration of local grains by planning events (virtual and/or in-person) and sharing their craft malt stories on social media.
