The 1st ASBC Malt Flavor and Aroma Symposium is a 3-day conference including notable speakers from around the world who will share their knowledge about the impact of barley and malt on beer flavor. This conference offers an opportunity to view updates by researchers carrying out on-going studies for barley programs funded by the Brewers Association, individual brewers, maltsters, the American Malting Barley Association, and others.
Attendees will have the chance to view the malt industry in Minnesota, from breeding to commercial production, from the “field to beer” perspective.
