The Northern Crops Institute will be hosting an online Barley to Beer course this April.

This online course, which will be completed at your own pace, will provide participants with information on how to successfully choose high-quality malting barley, as well as a basic understanding of the malting process and the brewing of beer, through networked lectures and video tours.

This course provides participants with information on how to successfully choose high-quality malting barley, as well as a basic understanding of the malting process and the brewing of beer, through networked lectures and video tours.

Participants will have the chance to tune into pre-recorded seminars, watch virtual brewery tours and malt tours, as well as engage with presenters during four (4) live Q&A sessions! This online course will begin on April 1st and conclude on April 30th, during which time you will have the chance to complete it at your own pace. This course is perfect for craft brewers looking to expand their knowledge.
