Mandi McKay is the Director of Sustainability & Social Responsibility for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. where she leads initiatives and commitments aimed at fostering an enduring and resilient company. Focused on both operational and systems change actions, Mandi directs efforts related to greenhouse gas reductions, zero waste and circularity, energy and water conservation as well as advocacy and government affairs that align with Sierra Nevada’s commitments and values. She also leads the company’s initiatives to cultivate diversity and inclusion as part of a comprehensive approach to corporate responsibility.
