Guild members are invited to join the MBAA District Western Canada for their upcoming FREE webinar Barley Crop 2021: Collaborating to Make Great Beer to be held on Dec 16 from 1-2:30 pm (CST) featuring speakers from Boortmalt, Great Western Brewing Company, and Waterloo Brewing Company (see the invitation and registration link below). Topics that will be discussed include the challenges associated with 2021 barley crop quality, how maltsters are adjusting their processes to adapt, what brewers can expect in terms of malt quality, and how they can take steps to optimize brewing performance and beer quality this year. They hope to make the sessions as interactive as possible and encourage attendees to engage with questions, comments, etc. Please note that you do not have to be an MBAA member to register and attend this FREE event.
