The University of California has a long history of excellence in malting and brewing science, teaching, and research. As their program has grown, the university has set up facilities to do malt and beer quality testing for the craft industries.
On Friday, October 2nd, 2020, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time, please join UC-Davis for a pre-recorded virtual tour of the UC Davis Brewing Lab, which will be followed by a live Q&A session with Dr. Glen Fox, Joe Williams, and Kelly Scott.
This event is part of Craft Malt Week and will feature a tour of facilities and a Q&A covering the malt analysis services that the UC Davis Brewing Program will be providing for the industry in the near future.
