On Wednesday, June 28th, we have the unique opportunity to showcase nearly 60 spring and winter malting barley varieties that have been planted at the W.K. Kellogg Biological Station in Hickory Corners. This event will serve as the primary field day for malting barley growers, processors, and end-users and will allow the MSU Malting Barley Research Program to present their diverse research portfolio.
